If you want to see a joke, go to Spectra tyres. The owner of this establishment is an arragont asshole and his girlfriend is his accountant who thinks she owns the place and treat customers like ****.

I had a problem with an account, the accountant Sonja had to help me. She had no respect and talked to me as if I was nothing. Later on she yelled at me!! I will definately take my business elsewhere. If you want to see a joke, go to Spectra tyres.

The only one with the best customer service etiquette was the sales person I worked with in the first place. He is the only reason why I took my business there.
