SpecTech Services - Don't do business with them

Employed this company to handle all our IT needs, mail hosting and back-ups. Besides being a ********** towards the female employees of our company he was extremely rude and obnoxious. We bought UPS'es from him in January of 2019 that to date still have not been delivered. Our server crashed in August 2020 it turned out he never did our back-ups and subsequently we lost all our data from March 2019. he was suppose to recapture all our data which he did not do and also was not planning on doing - we had to start recapturing all lost data, supplier and customer invoices as well as inventory. I had to recapture all the cash books for 3 major banks. In this time our statements could not go out, our clients got upset and we lost some clients as a result. Our business suffered major loses due to his negligence and incompetence. All our efforts since November 2020 to contact him has failed.
