Outstanding Service from Start to Finish My experience with Spectacle Factory has been nothing short of excellent. After applying for their free eye test promotion on Facebook, I was selected and booked my appointment. Before my visit, the team went above and beyond by helping me with directions via WhatsApp so that I wouldn't get lost. That level of care already made a great first impression. When I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming receptionist who made me feel right at home. The paperwork was quick and straightforward, and I was seen by the optometrist shortly afterwards. She was kind, professional, and made the entire eye examination comfortable. She listened to my needs and helped me choose frames that suited me perfectly. Today, I received my prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses through PAXI, and I couldn't be happier. The quality is fantastic, they fit perfectly, and they look amazing. Excellent communication, friendly staff, professional service, and quality products from beginning to end. I highly recommend Spectacle Factory to anyone looking for a trustworthy and customer-focused optical service. Thank you for an experience that truly deserves five stars!
