Horrible disgusting customer service

Honestly completely dissatisfied their staff in Parow is completely unprofessional. My second pair of specs keep breaking, the frame keeps bending and the lenses keep falling out. The previous frame was plastic and simply just cracked and the lenses fell out... First time the lenses fell out on my NEW pair i was driving on the highway i could've been in a massive accident, second time was last night my specs were in their case and the case fell off my bed this morning when i opened the case the lens was loose again.. After going into the store and demanding a new frame because i cant deal with this frame constantly loosing it's lenses the extremely disrespectful "technician" he called himself told me... "it's your own fault for breaking your glasses and bending them.." while laughing in my face.... After a fumimg debate he told me they'll order me thensame frame it'll take 32 days... 32 days?!!!! Why would i want the same **** frame?? Honestly won't recommend them..
