Exceptional client service - Specsdirect

I would like to commend Specsdirect ( Solomon brothers' optometrists) in McIntyre Street, Parow, for exceptional client service. It is rare that an optometrist will tell you that you do not need new specs every two years. I wasn't happy with my initial pair of multifocals made, and this was partly my fault. Without any complaint the optometrist re-tested my eyes and had another pair made, which was perfect. All this was done professionally and pleasantly throughout the process. Excellent staff, friendly and competent people pleasure to do business with them.Very good specials and rates too, with or without Medical Aid. Thank you! (SLF)
