Very Poor Service

3 Weeks ago, I bought a Speck Pumps M P V for my swimming pool. when I wanted to fit it I found that the one fitting was broken. When I returned it for repairs, they claimed that I broke it by tightening it too much, which was not the case as it was never even put onto the filter at all, however they made me pay for the repairs done when I got it back. When I then tried to fit it to the filter I again found that it did not fit as the fittings did not align with those of the filter. due to the size of the pool, the equipment is not the every day standard sizes and I had to order the part. I again took the valve back along with the old one so they could see where the problem was. It is now another week later and still I did not receive the valve back after they promised to deliver it on 25 February 2016 to the pool shop I bought it from, this unfortunately did not happen and today 26 February 2016 they are doing Stock Take and does not answer any calls. they are also not open on weekends and I must wait for them which is really not on. I will never recommend Speck Pumps to anyone as \SPECK PUMPS' SERVICE AND PRODUCTS SUCKS.<br> Thank you, Gideon Voges."
