Very disappointing guarantee process

Speck pumps promote themselves as the premier pool pump company with long guarantees but to benefit from one of these guarantees, you need to uninstall the pump and take it to their workshop.

This is utterly ridiculous to my mind. Check if your pool installer is using Speck.
