Speck Pumps SA are Sharks

I bought a "multi cyclone" from speck pumps. I have been to their Pretoria and Durban branches for support - specifically spare parts for the non-standard pipe couplings. They simply offer no parts, can give no indication of where to find them although they insist it is easy. Their parts list for the device even gives a demonstrably incorrect size - and I had to prove it to them in their own shop! I have been to general and specialist plumbing, piping, pool and irrigation shops - even tried importing through RS components - Speck Pumps' "multi cyclone" crucial drain port does not work with standard fittings. What gets my blood boiling is that they are completely disinterested in helping to solve a problem even though I have spent more than R10,000 on their products. I am just avoiding these guys from now on.
