Dishonored warranty

This company is completely dishonest and does not honour their guarantees our pump failed within 2 weeks of installation They failed to replace or repair the pump claiming damage was due to a electrical surge yet the chlorinator plugged in to the same socket sustained no damage nor any other device in the entire house I would strongly advise anyone needing a pool pump to never ever purchase a Speck Pump Having spoken to numerous pool companies supplying pool pumps this is not unusual with Speck Pumps being well know for not honoring their warranties
