Earlier this year i bought a new Speck Candy-shell Grip cover for my Samsung Galaxy s5 . About 2 months after the purchase , one of the protective rubber strips tore and I emailed Speck Products for advice . One of the Friendly assistants , Nick , guided me through the warranty claim process . Within two days my warranty claim was accepted and the next day my new cover was on its way to South Africa from the USA . I have just received the brand new cover and would like to thank Speck Products for absolute wonderful customer service .I would recommend Speck covers to ANYBODY that want excellent protection for their phones , and also excellent customer service .Keep up the good work Speck !
