Damage Boat

I bought an inflatable boat for R5500.00 from Warric Curry the owner of Specibass.I picked up the boat after 4 hrs drive.The first time on the water the boat deflated and the stitching came loose.I drove again 4hrs to be repaired.The boat came back after 2 weeks.again the first time on the water the boat totally deflated and almost sank.I called Warric Curry and told him he need to refund me.He said i must call Jabu.I called Jabu and he said i must speak to Warric Curry.Both of them are nit taking responsibility and are ignoring me totally.Really poor service from both of them.
