Specialized completely messed up my ebike

Specialized completely messed up my E bike. I took my ebike to Specialized to have a new tube put in the front wheel which housed the motor.When I got it back the next day, the bike would not freewheel backwards. I took the bike back again, that was fixed, took it home and inserted the battery and the electronics was completely dead. I then took the bike to the local agent who explained that it could not be repaired and that I had to import a new motor from the United States
