No Feedback On Claims

They supp**** Automotive Batteries and a few of them needs to be Claimed but since November 2015 we haven't received any response on the claims. There service is very bad. If we want to talk to Cole over the phone he is always out of office or he just say he will look into it and then they never come back to us. We hope they will help us after this complaint.
