Insurance *****
I had a burst geyser in July 2025 and contacted Brent Ingel at Specialised Property Management in Knysna who installed the new geyser. There were also damage to the cupboard and we did submit the quote to insurance and the insurance paid Brent directly. After 41/2 Monts he never repaired the cupboard or even cover the geyser replaced by him. My tenant threatens to move out which is understandable and I had to source another contractor. The insurance refuse to pay now as they wait for Brent to pay back the money and he refuses. Regards. C Botha
