Very poor customer service
Specialised Leak Detection replaced a DC Pump on my Geyserwise solar installation. I was informed that the pump worked but that they do not work on Geyserwise's electrical side and that the Geyserwise controller needs replacement. I asked how the pump could be tested if the controller is faulty but was assured the pump worked. After installation the hot water did not circulate from the element to the geyser. I contacted the Geyserwise service people which came out and replaced the Geyserwise power supply unit. The installed pump did not work. Geyserwise re-installed the old pump and the system worked. Thus, in the first place the circulation pump was not faulty but the replacement was done (we have to make a sale). When I called upon Specialised Leak Detection to collect and refund the pump the manager won't even contact me to discuss the matter. The receptionist had been put between the customer and the boss. This is worse than poor customer service and I will NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. On top of it were they appointed by my insurance company (which did not cover the replacement). I will definitely see that they will not service my insurance company in future. IF THE MANAGER WOULD ONLY BE WILLING TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER THIS REVIEW COULD BE AVOIDED.
