Bad workmanshipy

This company directed by Tinus van Aarde erected palisade fencing around my property. July 2019 I called to enqire about palisade fencing and quotation. During enquiry I asked about palisades rusting and doggy bars. I was informed the palisades are treated and will never rust. After accepting quote it took him a month and a half to complete the job and upon 90% of completion I realised no doggy bars and had to ask. He had forgotten about it. He then added an additional R1500 to price. After completion dogs where permanently in the street due to gaps in bars. Now 6 months later palasades are rusting right round doggy bars broken off. I sent photos to Tinus on whatsapp and asked what he was going to do about the problem. He rep**** he would come in the week to inspect. It has been 3 weeks and no sign of anyone to inspect.
