No Refund

<p>On 26th May 2016 my loan account DirectAxis was paid in full . They sent me a paid up letter dated 29th August 2016. On 26/09 my debt review company paid an amount of R1,323.93 to them in error. We have been battling since to get a refund. They simpley just ignore me.....................</p>
