Specialised Coating Systems

<div>I contacted Specialised Coating to buy a specific paint. Time was of the essence and they would have to courier from JHB to CT. Upon receiving the quote, I made payment on my phone as I was travelling. When I got to the office I printed the quote only to realise that they had quoted me on completely the wrong paint, after I had given them the spec in an email. I queried this and they re-quoted. The price changed from R4777 to just under R8000. I cancelled the order, and now I am waiting for a refund, and I'm being brushed off. They promised to re-fund me when the money cleared in their account which was a week ago. They are not responding and the rep has blocked me on WhatsApp. What a horrible way of doing business</div>
