What a HORRIBLE experience with salesman RALF for the Eindhoven co working space!!! He did not offer me the exact details of the contract and when I inquired and told him I disagree he called me and he was so rude and aggressive

What a HORRIBLE experience with salesman RALF for the Eindhoven co working space!!! He did not offer me the exact details of the contract and when I inquired and told him I disagree he called me and he was so rude and aggressive. His tone and attitude absolutely unacceptable, blaming me obviously and kept bragging about his decade long experience in sales and the amazing things he does and worst of all that his pitch sale is perfect and he does not need to improve anything. Then how come you end up with unhappy customers and 1 star review, Mr. Perfect???? The level of service is substandard. I wrote to management about it and if they believe they are best represented by such people and after 2 weeks no reply whatsoever so then again I am entitled to say they are best represented by poor customer service, aggressivity and deceiving. Obsviously, we will not extend the rent there, we will avoid them in the future and I can not recommend them to anybody. Low level service and people!!!!
