Speccon Holdings incompetence

I purchased the Certificate in Management bundle on the 1st January 2026. Until now this has not been available under my courses. Problem reported to support on the 11th January and they escalated to the technical team, until now it is still unresolved. Support are not responding to my emails anymore.

I need a resolution as soon as possible, otherwise it is best to refund if it cannot be resolved.
