Zero Stars should be given for Specsavers - They have the worst customer service ever to a point that it is actually none existent. Called Cape Gate branch to ask what time they are closing, they confirm that they close at 7pm. I get to Cape Gate about 5:50pm only to be met with closed doors. Brackenfell branch states that they close at 6pm, yet the Branch decides to close at 5pm. When we Brackenfell branch to try and get a assistance deciding on pair of specs for first time user, they could not help in anyway and did not seem bothered - same app**** to Canal Walk branch. Overall staff of Specsavers have zero skill at helping customers with choose specs that can flatter your appearance and not able to help with any suggestions.
