Wrong information given!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I went to Spec Savers Loch Logan in Bloemfontein for an eye test. Chose a frame and the lady informed me on the promotion which includes a set of sunglasses. I chose a frame for my everyday glasses, but not for the sunglasses for I have not seen one which I found appealing. She advised me to go to their Mimosa branch and see if I can get a frame there. She also informed me that I may only chooses a SUNGLASS FRAME of R590 or above. Went to Mimosa, chose a sunglass frame. I gave them a call this morning to enquire on the progress of my normal glasses just to be told that there is no frame that I chose. I explained to the lady that I did choose a frame and that they advised me to look for a SUNGLASS FRAME at their other branch. I explained which frame I chose for my normal glasses and only THEN the lady told me that I do not qualify for the special if I take that frame. Maybe Spec Savers SA should give their staff better training on how specials work. PATHETIC! And that dear Spec Savers is why I would rather keep on going to Mellins for the rest of my life! AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM!</p>
