Worst service ever

I have received the worst service from Spec Savers in centurion Mall.

I when for an eye test last week Monday and they ordered contact lenses from me on that they . Now 2 weeks later I have not received my contact lenses and they have claimed already from my medical aid but don’t have the product I went there for ..

I am really disappointed and angry with the service and will ensure that I take this as far high as I can and will complain to the ombudsman

I am being sent from pillar to post by this branch in CenturionMall and they keep saying that they will call me back of which I haven’t and I have been following up wasting my time and money and nothing to date

I want my money back and will go for an eye test and glasses somewhere else
