Worst service ever

Worst experience of my life. The optometrist sweetest woman I've ever met. The front manager is the rudest person ever. She expects the client to know the codes the doctor uses and if it will be covered by their medical aid, I tried to explain but she tells me she has been a manager for 3 years. I did not need to know that. My medical aid being the best paid for everything, no apology nothing. I spent close to an hour trying to call my medical aid to ask if they will pay. I have never in my life,go consult,and do claim for the services.
