worst service ever !!!!

Once again I have received the most disgusting service from spec savers, I called in to order a box of contact lenses and was told that the person who deals with it is busy and I should call back in 2 mins when I tried to call back I had to re dial the number almost 6 times because it just kept ringing. I finally speak to someone who tells me that they are just busy with something an they will call me back to place the order, I wait to 2 hours an no one calls me so I call back only to find out from Lindsay that the lady that was deals with that has left for the day, I explain to I would like to place an order for my lenses, Lindsay has no idea what is going on she is rude speaks over me and on top of that she doesn't have any idea about contact lenses when I try to explain she gets extremely rude with me and puts the phone down on me !!!!im not at all surprised once again spec savers has managed to give me the worst possible service, Lindsay should not be working in your store she is rude an *********** I am very disappointed and will never deal with your store again.!!!!!!
