Worst service

On the 9th January 2023 I went for an eye test at Spec savers Eikestad Mall Stellenbosch it was recommended that I should get reading glasses. According to their SMS system I can expect to have my glasses between 14 and 17 January I was waiting on their call nothing. On the 19th I went there to do enquiries and was told that it is not ready yet, I went back on the 24th still nothing on the 26th I received a call to say my glasses are ready. I went there the 27th and when I test it I could not see a thing it had to go back to the lab apparently the lab did not fit the prescribed lenses. I went there 3rd February still no joy. I don't know what they call this service. This is the worst service I ever received in all my years
