Worst service at Specs Saver Highveld Mall MP

I received the worst service ever from Specs Saver at Highveld Mall in Mpumalanga. I have been getting glasses from them since 2017 and their service was excellent until last month. • My previous glasses had antiglare but the optometrist didn’t add it on my new prescription even after I ask her to add all the bells and whistles as long as my medical aid will pay for them. • First, I received an SMS saying that they made a mistake with my prescription and the glasses will be delayed. • When I went to the store, they said they will fix the issue and add the antiglare and I won’t have to pay because its their fault that they didn’t add antiglare which I had on my previous glasses. • After some days they called me saying I have to pay an additional R800 on top of the 4k I initially paid because they claimed the R800 on my medical aid and it didn’t go through because I had resigned at work by that time. • I am leaving the country in a few weeks and I still don’t have both my glasses and they have claimed 4K already from my medical aid, I am so ****ed at their service and I wont ever set foot ever again at any of their outlets. I have tried calling them numerous times but their number just says busy
