Worst Optometrist in Africa

<p>Went for eye test on 03 August 2016. Was then told that laboratory had a problem with my lenses and they have to make new lenses. Registered a complaint on Spec Savers website and the manager of Centurion branch gave me unsatisfactory answers. V isited their Centurion branch on 27August 2016 just to be informed that the lenses were cut to small for the new frame and once again the branch manager couldnt give me satisfactory answers. Where is the CEO or Owner of this company .Previously with my other pair of glases I had the same experience.. Very fast to take your medical aid contribution and deposit without delivering a profesional service. Please close down your stores because you cant even deliver a service to a customer being loyal to you for 16 years. Please Mr CEO speak to me i dont need any more excuses and I am not prepared to make any payments for this useless service this is a disgrace.</p>
