WORST EXPERIENCE EVER PT2

...After leaving the store, I contacted them to order contact lenses for the test I did. Lady says she will order a trail pair for me. They will sms you when they arrive. I ask when that will be, she said about 3 days. I don't get a sms for more than 5 days, I call, I'm told they have not yet arrived. I travel for 2 weeks. upon my return, I call them again and they say the have arrived but it's boxes. I tell her I'm only supposed to get a trial pair, she says even if we return them, your medical aid won't refund you. I did ok, I will come in. They teach me how to fit the lenses, I tell the optometrist that the lenses are blurry and I can't see. She says it's usually because you've never had lenses before. We do a visual test, i tell her i can't see anything on the wall. She then checks the file, only to find that they gave me someone else's contact lenses with the same surname...?
