Worst ever

<p>I went to Specsavers on the 29th of March where I paid half of my glasses including the offer they had if you buy the glasses you can get Police sunglasses for only R400. </p> <p>So since I was away for 2 weeks I asked them to submit the rest through Medical Aid and the told me they can only submit the full amount so I agreed that it was fine. </p> <p>The quotation amount differed from the invoice they sent me as well as the amount claimed from medical aid. As not one of them viewed the sunglasses. Since they were supposed to refund me over R1700 the amount of the sunglasses seemed to get higher and the amount refundable got to Just over R400. So I complained and the manager told me they had made the sunglasses prescription sunglasses so she will give me the amount for that as I didn't want it. Eventually they agreed to pay just over R800 which I said was fine... after 4 weeks and they agreed to do an ekt, they deposit a cheque which takes 10 days to clear. For all the inconvenience they still do that. I'd never go there again worst service ever.</p>
