WORST CONSULTANT. ☹️

I guess every company has a few bad seeds.. I was unlucky enough to meet one of yours, spec savers. I am thoroughly upset by the service I received today from one of your consultants, (Corina/Karina) she was rude, arrogant,unhelpful and she got loud when we pointed out that she was being rude. she also made me feel *********** and rushed.. THAT IS NOT HOW A CUSTOMER SHOULD FEEL. I have been a customer at specsavers for years now.. I have never experienced such before.. I'm utterly disappointed

If this review was about the optometrist I was seen to by, it would get a 5 star rating. But thanks to one of your consultants.. I think 1 star is more than fair. I am shocked by the service I received! This experience wasted my time, I had the intention of getting my eyes tested , as well as picking out a frame - I only did the former and walked out of your Vaal mall store because of how uncomfortable I felt, It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable.
