Worse Service

Few Months ago , i went to Maponya Mall Spec Savers to looks for the glasses because ive got eyes problem now, well 5 or 6Months later they were not ok, well wen u put them on my eyes were like straining, like something is pulling them.... and they become red. so i went to the Practice when i get there, they closed, and i call the number on the door, they said i need to take them to South Gate, so i took them there, 3 weeks ago and then they promised me they will call me back when they ready, a week after i called them to ask what is the progress, they said to me nope they not ready, after week when i called them, their Manager Ritabile said one of their Consultant said i came in to collect. i told her nope that was not me, and she said i need to come so she will ask the consultant, when i go there today, the person whom she said i came to collect said nope im not the person. So now they again said to me i need to re do everything since they cant even find my file. So i find that very Parthethic Service.
