Winter Promotion Denied to me

I need to find out about this Winter Promotion. I went to 2 of your Branches and both tell me I cant get this promotion due to my Medical Aid. Please enlighten me on this. I'm currently using a Discovery Key Care Plus and I said to the ladies I spoke to: Cant I use the R1500 for my lens enhancement? They said: No! As my medical aid wont allow it. Please explain to me cause I read your terms and conditions and they clearly state I can either choose a frame or lens Enhancement
