Where are my glasses?

I took my girlfriend to Spec Savers, Medicross Midrand (Carlswald Decor Centre) on Saturday 28 March 2015 for an eye test and new glasses and I paid the account via EFT the same day. I was told that her glasses would take 10-14 days before they're ready for collection. I had a call on Wednesday 1 April asking when I was going to pay. I told the caller that I had paid the previous Saturday via EFT. After looking around for a while she found my payment. <br> <br> I've just phoned them this morning (10/04/2015) and spoke with Maria. She couldn't help me as they are busy with a Stock Take! Clearly the Stock Take is more important than Customer Service. However, she did tell me that the glasses will now take 14-28 days! She also told me that she would call me back \right now". I'm still waiting.
