Westgate Mall Spec Savers Mitchells Plain

Had an appointment at Spec Savers Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain and when I arrived went through the whole screening process to be sat down and told I had no funds on my medical Aid. I was very shocked but left and called another branch who told me but I do have funds and asked me to come in. A few hours later I was done specs sorted only waiting to collect now. So Westgate Mall please get your act together and don't waste customers time please.
