Watch-out for Spec-Savers Summerstrand

Reception staff was friendly. Rest of experience not so great. After requesting that I did not want designer frames but most affordable. They then did such a show and dance act that that they the slipped back the expensive frames for me to "choose". Optometrist walk out during consultation to go and get snacks at another shop. Had to stand around and wait for him to return. Very unprofessional. Overall very unsatisfactory experience got impression they just wanted to vacuum the money out of my pocket. Do not pay until you have received the goods! Also sourced letter for drivers licence renewal and nearly failed because form given was incomplete.
