Wasted my time

I don't see the need of booking online. I was called on Friday to confirm the booking however i had to wait in line. Worse part they have so many children to see to and the Qing system doesn't exist. I was even asked to let someone go before me,like i was planning to spend the day at your store. What a waste of my time. I'll never do business with Spec-Savers especially at Maponya mall. Talk about giving a 2nd chance.
