Waste of time and money

On Friday the 8th September 2017 I called Spec savers in Cavendish to enquire if they have stock of Acuvue hydraclear contact lenses, the very nice guy I spoke to advised that they need to order these contact lenses and it takes up to 5 days to arrive at the store. He checked my details on the system and my script as I had a eye test at this branch last year. I then explain to him that it's fine I needed the contact lenses immediately so cannot wait 5 days. He then says that they do stock a different brand of contact lenses and can give me a trial before I purchase. I then go into the store this morning and get treated like ****, like I asked for a FREE trial. After waiting for 30 minutes for the optometrist to help me she advised that because my eyes were tested last year I would need to have a test again before I get a trial. I said no as my eye test is due next year she then disappears again and returns with a contact lenses trial that is not my script and has the nerve to say that you can have this trial but will not be able to see through it so wth must I do with it? This is not the first time I receive bad service at this branch!!! I did not ask for a trial pair I have been buying contact lenses for years do not treat people like they are asking you for free products when it was offered! Wasted my time and money!
