Waiting to be helped , useless service ..

My appointment at Specsavers was for 1:15pm , I was a bit early .. All the staff is walking up and down , wont ask if I was helped , when I started to complain saying I am standing here for 10 min, cant someone help me , then one of the staff members knocked on the window at the back , and guess what , here they come all from the back . Thats bad service , something needs to be done seriously , how many times must people still complain about the bad service before something will be done .... I think they are just LAZY..
