Waiting for better days ... Story of bad service

A month ago my 5 month old fram I had bought from specsavers broke and I took it back to them, even though it was still under warranty they made me pay R150 to try and weld the metal frame together... which then changed it's colour and and made it loop ****. 2 days later the weld job came loose and I took it back again. This time they took the frame and said they would replace it and let me know. Almost 2 weeks later in the week before Chritmas I phone again this time their supplier doesn't have stock but they don't contact you to let you know why there is a delay (checked that they have the correct number for me on 3 occasions).

I then get told to come in and pick a replacement frame. I do so and get told that it's Christmas time so it will take a bit longer but I'll be contacted the week after Christmas. I call back the 6th of Jan as no calls have happened only to be told sorry it's not done yet and we have no estimate for you on when. Tough for you.

I refuse to go back to back to specsavers anywhere after this experience.
