Waited two months for my spectacle lenses

I decided to try spec savers in Cavendish out in December 2017. I arrived on time for my appointment yet I still had to wait 30 min before someone assisted. My lenses only arrived after 2 months. I collected it yesterday and they did not even put my lenses in correctly. It keeps popping out. I have had the worse experience with spec savers. Their employees that have assisted me are slow and seem to be unqualified for the job. Who works at an optometrist and cannot our lenses into a frame?
