very unhappy

Last year 2015 jan I had a pair of glasses made up. My glasses is still under warranty till the 19th of jan 2016. The arm come off the frame and I took in the glasses to bluff branch only to be told they don't stock my frames anymore. I had to now pay towards a new frame and get new lenses made up. I don't see why I had to pay if my glasses are still under warranty? If specsavers doesn't have stock that's not my problem to deal with. The lady who assisted me couldn't help me with the issue I had and kept quite. In the end I have to pay over six hundred rand. My new pair which I am to get will it happen again? and get the same service where it will cost me money? I find it to be very unfair and not the way to do business with customers as I've been with specsavers for years.
