Very poor services in Specsavers Phoenix Plaza
Best optometrist but the customer service at the front was terrible in Specsavers Phoenix Plaza. The staff ladies gossips and they charged me way extra for my glasses and said my medical aid covers less than what my medical aid actually covers. They ****** me with over R1000. I do not recommend the Specsavers in Phoenix Plaza and I am never setting my foot ever again. Very bad bad service.
