Very Poor customer service

I went for an eye test last year October at Spec-savers Hartbee****rt. I had to wait until December for my trial lenses. I moved to Cape Town from Hartbee****rt, so the branch at Hartbee****rt had to send it to Somerset West Mall and they sent it to the wrong Spec savers, eventually it ended up at Somerset West mall. I then used the trails and order lenses from Somerset West mall beginning of Feb, I haven't received the lenses yet and it is end of March. It was said there is a backlog of the lenses and when I asked what alternative solution is there if I cannot get the lenses and they said there is nothing they can do (not very helpful). I Had to go to another optometrist pay for yet another test just to get trial lenses. Those lenses are scratchy now so I phoned Spec savers at Somerset mall and asked them it the lenses which I order is still on backlog and they couldn't even answer me and said they will phone me back, well now I am waiting. They really do not care if you can see or not, you are just a number to them, they will not help you if there is delay and they will not remember you rather go to an optometrist that will actually help you and cares about the health of your eyes. Spec Savers definitely does not. Neovision asked me R190 for an eye test (way cheaper than Spec Savers) and they accommodated me and I had no previous relationship with them. I am a client at Spec Savers since 2013 and they did NOTHING to help me.
