Very inconveniencing!!!

If you want to be severely inconvenienced try SpecSaver. I went in on 23 April and was told specs will be ready in 7 days. I get there today Friday 5 May the guy tells me they will be ready in 8-10days hence-forth. Then I question how so, he says because the lab sent back only the lenses without the frames, ***! I then tell him I cant wait another 8-10 days, then he makes a u-tun and says my specs will be ready on Tue 6 May.!! I am really frustrated and if I dont get them on Tuesday I want a full refund this is disappointing. You guys don't understand that these spectacles to some of us its a "need"!!!!!
