Very good service at Spec Savers Bank City

Good customer service is such a rare commodity in South Africa. We are so used to being treated So badly that we get so excited when we are given good service by patient and dedicated people.

I was recently at Spec Savers in Bank City and I am still in awe about the amount of professionalism and the need to help people that the staff has shown me. Big ups to Patrick ,Narlee and Gideon for the exceptional service. Those guys are honestly probably the friendliest people Out there. There were a few glitches with my glasses when I got them back but funny enough I was not angry.

The staff was kind and calm. They quickly took blame. They were quick to come up with solutions as well and were very apologetic.

I would not mind walking right back to Spec Savers Bank City to receive that kind of service.
