Very discouraging attitude from Spec Savers

I went into Rosebank Spec Savers to learn how to use contact lenses. I was met by a very unfriendly optometrist who was extremely impatient. She gave instruction then began tapping her foot amongst other things. My lesson was supposed to be half an hour but it was only 20mins at the most. She onlu saw me insert & remove them once. Is that what I paid for? I was better off learning on my own because I have now been instilled with a fear which I didn't have before. Contact lenses are not easy and not for everyone. She made my experience that much harder. I was expected to pay R 425 for that service. I am highly annoyed & I feel she was better off not coming into the office because perhaps she's not in the mood or doesn't understand the soft skills her position requires.
