VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET

I came to you guys for contact lenses so that I can have contact lenses for the holidays. That was the only reason why I wanted contact lenses and I made it clear to you guys.

The Optometrist gave trail lenses but you guys reused to give it to me and said that you will contact me once the contact lenses come and if it does not come by Friday 21st you would give me the trail lenses.

I then went to you on Friday at 10am and you said that the lenses are still not there and still didn’t want to give me the trail lenses and said that the driver will come after 11am and you will let me know once he came. I still haven’t received a call from you guys and now you guys are closed for the holidays.

I would rather want my money back and you can keep your lenses and your trail lenses that you didn’t want to give me.

The point of having this was so that I can use it in the holidays instead of my glasses.
