Very disappointed

I did an eye test on 2024/07/09 at Soshanguve Crossing Mall, after the test I could not find the frame size that I wanted. I then proceeded to wonderpark mall to check frames but still could not find a size, the assistant at wonderpark informed about the Home try on which I did the same day on the website but still there was no size for me. A week went by contacting customer care about frames but did not receive any assistance. I called Soshanguve to ask if I can have my prescription for my lens then il get the lenses and frame elsewhere, the agreed and informed me that I will get the prescription once they had claimed from the medical aid. The next day I received my prescription and went to another optometrist. The issue now is Soshanguve crossing spec saver wants me to pay for the eye test from my pocket when the original agreement was they will claim from my medical aid.
