Very bad service or even no service

I must admit I thought I will never in my life see such bad service until I started dealing with spec savers. I went for a eyes test on the 2nd of January 2020 and today is the 24th of January and still no glasses. Every time you phone they do have different reasons on why the glasses is not done. Please stay away from these people I will go as far as possible to smear their name in bad faith.
